How do I access Alior Online internet banking?
By signing a contract, Alior Bank gives you automatic, online access to all your banking products. You can sign the agreement at any Alior branch, by correspondence (via courier) or simply by applying for an account online.

First login
First entry into the Alior Online system (for new customers who log in for the first time):
- On the bank's portal, www.aliorbank.pl, click the Login button in the upper right corner.
- Select the ‘Alior Online’ option (the online system is also available directly at https://system.aliorbank.pl - remember to always enter the direct address manually in the browser window).
- Enter your 8-digit CIF Customer Identification Number (you can reference your Alior agreement, a deposit or credit account agreement that was signed when opening the product or, if the conclusion of your agreement was confirmed via transfer, in the title of the return transfer).
- Enter the SMS code sent to your phone number for authorization.
- Set a new login password (between 10 to 24 characters long) and repeat it for confirmation.
- Select a safety image
- Use your new password to login and gain access to all your Alior online banking products.
The most important functions of the Alior Online system
- Bank account: balance, history, account details, transaction details and transaction confirmation.
- Transfers: between own accounts, domestic (including urgent), tax transfers, scheduled with a future execution date, recurring transfers.
- Cards (debit and credit cards): available funds and transaction history, activation / closure / blocking / unblocking the card, for credit cards: debt repayment, automatic repayment management, card account statements.
- Loans: information about loans (history, schedule, details, repayment options); obtaining new loans (as part of a special offer for customers who have agreed to the bank's marketing communication and whose creditworthiness meets the criteria required by the bank).

I forgot my password. What should I do?
- Go to aliorbank.pl and select Zaloguj (Login) in the upper right corner of the website.
- Select Alior Online – the system is also available via direct link: https://system.aliorbank.pl.
If you’re using the direct link, please make sure to type it manually in your browser (don’t copy and paste).
- Go to Forgotten password and select Reset access
Remember! The authorization method will be changed to SMS code or your default device will be removed in this procces.
After the succesful verification the result of unblocking the access or changing the password/PIN will be displayed.on the website.
What data do I need to sign in?
- In any of your agreements – your digital channels access agreement (so called “umowa ramowa”) or your account, credit or card agreement.
- In a return transfer – if you’d chosen to confirm your payment using a fast payment (pay-by-link).

If it doesn’t succeed, please contact your nearest branch.
After providing your customer number, we’ll ask you for your password and an additional confirmation using an SMS code or your mobile app. If you only wish to provide your password, you can save your browser as trusted device.

- Select System bankowosci internetowej (Internet banking system) – the system is also available via direct link: https://system.aliorbank.pl. If you’re using the direct link, please make sure to type it manually in your browser address input (don’t copy and paste).
- Input your Customer Identification Number (provided in all your product agreements and in a return transfer in case of online agreements).
- Input the SMS code sent to your mobile phone.
- Set your password (10 to 24 characters long) and retype it in the next field.
- Select your safety image (antyphishing image).
- Sign in using your new password to access all functions.

- In a return transfer – if you’d chosen to confirm your payment using a fast payment (pay-by-link).

Please note, that if your previous bank merged with Alior Bank, you still need to use the 8-digit customer number. All earlier credentials are invalid.
